Ecology Field Trip @ Αμερικάνικο Κολέγιο Θεσσαλονίκης 2011

Movie produced by the Ecology 110 undergraduate students during their fall 2011 field trip. It summarizes their laboratory activities during their day-long field trip at Lake Kerkini. It is believed that the field trip, which is part of the laboratory component of the Ecology 110 offered by the American College of Thessaloniki (ACT), also contributes to the environmental awareness of the particpating students. In addition, student-generated data regarding the chemical and biological profile of the lake are important and could contribute significantly to the long-term monitoring of the lake.
ACT (www.act.edu) is a private non-for-profit liberal arts college located in Northern Greece. The college serves undergraduate and graduate students from Greece, Europe, Middle East, as well as U.S. study abroad students.
